Canceling or changing the reservation to another time?

We understand that unexpected changes to plans sometimes occur, which is why cancellation is possible in full, if the cancellation is made no later than 14 days before the start of the reservation.

Cancellation conditions less than 14 days before the start of the reservation

If you have to cancel due to illness, the booking fees will be refunded in full with a medical certificate. Without a real and valid reason, the reservation fee will not be refunded. Postponing the reservation to another time is possible if the situation requires it for acceptable reasons. 

Is it possible to arrive earlier?

If the forwarder has had time to prepare everything, then it is possible to arrive earlier. You should then contact the rental service in advance.

Glass villa completed in 2021 in Levin Utsuvaara, close to services. Inspired by glass igloos, designed for accommodation needs of several nights, a four-bed glass villa suitable for the whole family or a small work group. There are no street lights nearby, no lights reflecting from the resort, and thus the brilliance of the northern lights is maximized when you see them, as you know, you see them very often in Lapland.

Downstairs, a cozy open kitchen, living room, toilet, bathroom and sauna. Downstairs floor heating and Air heat pump provide comfortable warmth. There is a sleeping area in the loft with easy access. Heating in the glass roof. The outdoor jacuzzi adds to the enjoyment. The covered terrace allows you to be outside even in rainy weather. The glass villa is located right next to ski slopes, ski tracks, sledding, walking and roller skating trails.

Levi fell is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Lapland.

Come and experience the various activities offered by the tunturi environment. In winter, in addition to skiing, there are popular reindeer and husky rides, good ski slopes and great sledding routes. In the summer, there are walking and cycling routes, Frisbee golf and traditional golf, as well as an activity park with climbing routes. With the diversity, everyone will surely find something meaningful to do.
You can get to the top with a gondola lift, where you can look at the wonderful scenery at the same time, and you can almost get to the top by car along the fell road. Nearby is the Ylläksen-Pallas National Park area with wonderful hiking trails.

There are many good restaurants in the center of Sirka that offer good service and tasty food in addition to a good atmosphere. For example, Pannukakkutalo, Restaurant Utsu, Restaurant Asia, Kekäle, King Crab House, Lost Tacos, Classic Pizza, and near the top, along the skiing and sledding trails, is the well-known ski restaurant Tuikku, and along the slopes and sledding trails is the ski cafe Sammuntupa.

The center also has many different boutiques and gift shops, as well as a pharmacy, medical services, grocery stores and alko.
In addition to the spa, Levi Spa also offers massage, hairdressing and beauty services.
